Easy Floating Plants for Beginners? (Long Roots)

Easy fish aquarium floating plants are a lifesaver. These are my best floating plants that I’ve found work in my water the best. These plants grow like crazy and I literally do nothing besides remove them when they grow too much. I highly advise you give these a chance in your fish tanks.

Additional talk and commentary on fish:
I agree to an extent. Working for petco as an ex aquatic specialist isnt that easy. Got on board with the job, they didnt teach me anything and had to use what i know from raising fishes. Taking care of 150 tanks+ makes me lose interest in my own fishes. I did such a good job that they left me taking care of the rest of the animals in the store, to the point that my manager who suppose to help me, didnt do anything and just took all my hard work credit. I took very good care of petco’s fish tank though! So well, that ive notice more and more fish lovers started to come back and buy more.

From cleaning years of calcium build up, to maintaining the fishes, to helping heal sick fish. I had to take care of the birds sections, the reptile section, and the small animal section. I wasnt mad that i had to take care of them, it was fun taking care of all of them, but my manager was just a douche, and took all the credits, and when there were small miscellaneous task he was to do as a manager, he made me do it. https://youtu.be/BHNYDASmbRo

So one day i decided to quit on the spot. feed the fishes, feed the animals, put medicine on the sick animals/fish and walked out that store. Btw it was the petco in brooklyn park(everyone left bad reviews on it) i was able to turn it around but after i left, bad reviews started back up again.

I cant remember the brand name, but go to walmart and get the ick treatment they have. Clear bottle greenish blue liquid. Follow the directions and add an extra day then do a 75% water change and increase your water temp. And when you’re treating do not forget to take the carbon OUT of your filters. Otherwise your carbon will soak it all up and the medication wont have the full effect.

Hello,
Here is some info that may help you:
ICK is a common in the hobby and it can be brought on by stress like adding new fish to an existing set up especially in male only tanks with increased aggression. Vast change in aquarium temperature is also something that will cause ick.

Early signs of ick are clamped fins and irritation that will cause the fish to scratch against substrate or rocks for relief eventually leading to white spots.

Increased heat will cause more stress on the fish and deplete oxygenation. The heat method is slow and will not be fatality free. Blindly adding epsom salts will increase the water hardness causing more stress on the fish.

Mardel Quick Cure and Kordon Rid Ick Plus are fast acting and effective treatments and when dosed properly as per instructions it should clear the ick up in a couple days once caught in time. When first dosed it sooths and offers the fish relief from irritation. These meds will not effect biological filtration. I hope this helps.

Needing some words of encouragement. I had a (what I thought) was a healthy tank. So I bought 4 new fish to add to it. I quarantined them for a few weeks, then added them to my display tank. After adding them, the 4 new fish developed ick. I treated the tank and now, seven of my healthy fish died.

What do I do?!? I’ve done a 40% water change for the last two days and added carbon to my filter. I’ll never use API super ick cure ever again!
